Ruby Howell

IB Coordinator

Hello Owls! My name is Ruby Howell and I am entering my third year of teaching and second year serving as IB Coordinator for Vegas Vista Academy! I attended UNLV from 2020-2024 and was a member of the UNLV Women’s Swimming and Diving Team. In 2024 I graduated with my Bachelor’s of Science in Elementary Education. When I am not at school you can find me either outside or in the gym! I love doing Crossfit, and I love backpacking, fly fishing, skiing, and hiking. I am so excited for another year of teaching second grade, I cannot wait to continue to learn and grow and get to know the students and families of VVA!

Tracy Baldwin

Experiential Education Coordinator

Hello Owls! My name is Tracy Baldwin and I am excited to be serving as your Experiential Education Coordinator and Teacher support at VVA. I recently retired as an educator of 25 years, with my background in Elementary education, Gifted education and the past 10 years as an IB PYP Coordinator. In my spare time I enjoy quiet moments and reading, spending time with friends, moving my body (whether it’s the gym, swimming or just taking a walk) and most of all— making memories with my husband, our three girls and eight grandchildren.
